Position Overview:
As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and enhancing our digital products by creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. Working closely with product managers, developers, and other designers, you will translate user needs into functional and visually appealing interfaces. You’ll also contribute to research and testing to continuously refine our products and ensure they meet our users' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Development
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows informed by research findings and design requirements.
• Iterate on design solutions based on feedback from usability testing, stakeholders, and design reviews.
• Create and maintain visual assets, such as icons and buttons, ensuring they align with design guidelines and brand standards.
User Research and Analysis
• Assist in conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover user needs and behaviours.
• Analyse research data and translate it into actionable insights to drive design decisions.
• Collaborate with researchers to pinpoint user pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to align designs with project goals and ensure feasibility.
• Present design concepts in reviews, incorporating feedback from senior designers and stakeholders.
• Support design workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solve complex design challenges.
Continuous Learning and Development
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance design skills and methodologies.
• Actively seek feedback and mentorship from senior designers to grow professionally and improve design capabilities.

Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience through internships, freelance projects, or personal work.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Understanding of accessibility best practices in design.
