Warranty Administrator Location: Upper Heyford, Oxfordshire Shift: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00 Pay Rate: £12.50 p/h, rising to £13.90 p/h after 12 weeks Contract: Long-term, Ongoing work We are recruiting a Warranty Administrator on behalf of our client, a leading automotive company. This role involves processing warranty claims, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines. Responsibilities: Process and submit warranty claims accurately, following up as required. Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, including repair orders, parts, and labour costs. Liaise with technicians and manufacturers to ensure timely resolution of claims. Provide customer support, handling inquiries about warranty coverage and claims. Stay up to date with manufacturer warranty policies, recalls, and bulletins. Skills and Qualifications: Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask. High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Office software and database management. Previous administration experience (automotive warranty experience preferred).
