About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.
You will be responsible for following individual care plans and assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting clients with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
What We Offer
As a Care Assistant with MiHomecare Limited, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.50 (with a weekend rate of £13.00). Requirements
We are looking for someone who is resilient, willing to learn new skills, and develop their knowledge as part of a close-knit team. You don't need any social care experience to apply for this role, but you must be able to demonstrate compassion and a genuine interest in caring for others.
