WHQS Project Officer - 1x Permanent, Full-Time role available. A successful WHQS Project Officer will be integral in helping us to achieve this vision. This role is permanent with a starting salary of £37,898 a year, rising to £40,958 after key competencies of the role are met. Reporting to the Asset Manager, this role will work with colleagues across the organisation, co-ordinating all aspects of WHQS 23, to ensure all delivery milestones are considered and delivered within the allotted timescales. Criteria for Role Educated to a Foundation Degree, HND or equivalent experience Project Management Qualification, or equivalent experience About The Role Some of the duties of the WHQS Project Officer include: Ability to understand and interpret WHQS 23 Standard and build detailed knowledge of legislation, industry best practice, trends and technical understanding of the issues associated with the Standard. Create, and manage the delivery of the Compliance Policy as required in WHQS 23 and coordinate the required reports for the Senior Leadership Team, Board and Welsh Government for approval. Effective communication skills that can be applied in different modes (reports, presentations), and varying audiences (colleagues, customers, and senior management) to be able to provide solution focused advice and support.
