Our client, a world leader in the design and manufacture of superconducting magnets for MRI body scanners, is currently building a new facility to help support consistent growth.
Construction started in April 2024, with building handover to MT planned for December 2025. MT's fit-out will run for six months to June 2026, when operational ramp-up will start. It is envisaged that the project will be formally closed once snagging and operational stability has been demonstrated in early 2027.
Our client is looking for an EHS Programme Manager to support the current EHS team. This experienced EHS professional will manage the activities related to the applicability of the current EHS management system at the new facility. The project is divided into functional sub-workstreams, and this role will lead the EHS-related activities, reporting progress to the overall steering board of the new facility project. The current EHS team at MT manages all related activities concerning the existing facilities and will support tasks related to the new facility in line with the requirements of the sub-workstream plan. With a small EHS team, it may be necessary that some activities are completed by the program manager.
