We are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie to work within our kitchen team. The Chef De Partie is responsible for running their own section, delivering consistent quality food as directed in a safe and timely manner, to standards set by the Head Chef. Duties: Responsibilities Prepare and deliver all food items as directed in a safe and timely manner. Operate kitchen equipment safely & responsible. Follow recipes and presentation specification. Maintain a clean kitchen adhering to food hygiene standards. To help and maintain maximum yield, reduce waste. Make sure all allergen food is stored, prepared, cooked and served correctly. Ensure kitchen follow set portion controls. To ensure food safety documentation including COSHH & HACCP records are kept up to date. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with the rest of the kitchen staff. Ensure health and safety procedures are followed. Ensure that you are wearing correct attire and maintain a high standard of presentation, personal hygiene, and cleanliness. To carry out any instructions or tasks reasonable requested by a line manager. Day to day Prepare food as required. Carry out service. Organise & prepare section for following day. Fill out control sheets accurately. Inform kitchen management of any maintenance issues. Complete prep sheets accurately at required times. Speak to kitchen shift lead, to understand role for the day. Inform kitchen management of stock when needed. Restock items as needed throughout shift.
