About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and adaptable Year 4 Supply Teacher to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Doncaster. As a Year 4 Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring all pupils have a positive and productive learning experience. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact on students' educational journey while working within a welcoming and collaborative staff team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons for Year 4 pupils.
* Follow the school’s curriculum and adapt plans as necessary.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Assess and monitor student progress.
* Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policies.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2), preferably Year 4.
* A passion for teaching and fostering a love of learning in children.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments.
