About the Role
As an Artwork (Packaging )Coordinator – Manufacturing Advisor, you’ll play a key role in our New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) processes. You’ll work closely with our Packaging Specialist, operational teams, and design agencies to ensure that cutter submissions, artwork approvals, and project timelines are managed efficiently. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality packaging solutions on time and in full, ensuring successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage cutter and print information submissions, track project progress, oversee artwork approvals, and ensure accuracy against specifications.
* Act as the link between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on project timelines and requirements.
* Keep projects on track by managing schedules, deadlines, and documentation.
* Ensure all artwork and packaging documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Work closely with site and retail teams to align packaging with business and customer requirements.
* Support packaging trials, attend factory tests, and take part in post-launch evaluations to refine and improve future projects.
* Oversee the submission and approval of artworks and samples to ensure online presence is timely and complete.
About You
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in packaging artwork and design – Understanding of packaging cutter structures and basic print knowledge across various substrates.
* Passion for FMCG & manufacturing – A keen interest in the meat or pastry industry and a dedication to quality.
* Enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment – Enjoys working with operations, engineering, technical, and packaging teams to ensure smooth product launches.
* Strong communication & relationship-building skills – Ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and influence outcomes.
* Organisational skills & attention to detail – Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy in all aspects of artwork coordination.
* Proactive & driven mindset – A problem-solver who takes initiative and strives for excellence.
