About The Role
EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high-speed rail projects.
We're currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join our Routewide team based in Milton Keynes.
In this role you will be working through daily allocation sheets, signing off of LOSC Operative electronic timesheets, monthly electronic timesheets and Agency/Consultants electronic timesheets.
You will assist in the weekly production of Payroll reports, providing support to the Payroll Manager, Project Management and Commercial teams.
You will provide finance support, as and when required and provide reports to Teams on an Adhoc basis.

* Knowledge of Time & Attendance Systems
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
* Communication skills at all levels
* Time management skills to work to deadlines
* Flexibility in tasks and attention to details
* Good organiser and collaborative working is essential
