As an HR Coordinator, you'll ensure everyone has the right to work, adhering to all legal requirements and auditing HR systems. This meticulous approach extends to managing the monthly payroll workflow within the HRIS, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Collaboration with the HR Services team is essential as you provide vital reports on fleet management, employee turnover, and other key metrics.
You'll guide employees through the family leave process, offering support and ensuring a smooth transition for their parental leave.
