Job summary This is an exciting new Enhanced Nurse role based at Cookham Medical Centre, a well-established training practice with strong clinical supervision systems. As the first Enhanced Nurse within Maidenhead PCN, you'll be pioneering this role while having access to support from a diverse 45-person multidisciplinary team across the network. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop enhanced nursing practice within a supportive training environment while contributing to the broader development of services across Maidenhead PCN. The post-holder will benefit from both practice-level support and the resources of a well-established PCN team. Demonstrate the ability to work in a highly demanding environment. Ability to work independently and make autonomous clinical decision within own area of competence. Evidence of continuing professional development. High level communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to reflect on own practice.
