A Business Development / Key Account Manager is sought to support and increase the customer base for a growing company that supplies specialist electronics and Instrumentation to the Process and Energy sectors
KEY SKILLS
You will visit existing, new and prospective clients to develop new business and carry out product demonstrations. You will act as the first point of contact for key customers and suppliers and will work closely with them to understand their needs and discuss what solutions would be most appropriate for them. You will submit and manage technically complex quotes and tenders, drive marketing campaigns to support customers and ultimately increase sales and support and serve customers and engage and communicate with key supply partnerships
YOUR EXPERIENCE
This is an opportunity for a technically minded and commercially astute professional to improve sales performance by using a problem solving and solutions-based sales approach. You will have proven account management experience and be able to demonstrate a solutions first sales approach and good after sales care. You will ideally have an electrical or electronics qualification and the ability to understand technical specifications. Good strategic sales and planning skills are essential
