Brook Street has an opportunity for an established Customer Service Agent to join an excellent organisation on a temporary basis for 4 months.
Hours:
Monday - Friday (9-5)
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat messages, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
* Provide Excellent Service: Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer needs, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
* Maintain Records: Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
* Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery and support departmental goals.
* Handle Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties related to customer service operations, including processing orders and updating customer records.
Key Requirements:
* Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred.
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous and accurate in handling customer information and transactions.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
