The Role of the Sales Engineer:
6. As a Sales Engineer you will be covering the well established Scottish region and working with customers to increase market share and penetration.
7. Selling Electrical Plugs, Electrical Sockets and Electrical Switches to wholesalers, contractors, consultants, and end-users.
8. Making sure you hit the target for the territory to grow business and earn good bonus.
9. The route to market is through electrical stockists with demand creation with end users and electrical contractors.
10. The patch is Scotland & down to Middlesborough.

The Ideal Person for the Sales engineer:
16. The ideal candidate must have operated in an external sales role for at least 2 years in a related industry.
17. Attitude is important, drive and determination to move forward within the business will see you progress quickly.
18. A formal electrical qualification is very desirable.
19. Worked in sales for a manufacturer or distributor of electrical products.
20. IT literate.
21. If you are used to selling into contractors and consultants, then you will be at a strong advantage.
22. Have good hunger and business acumen.
23. Have excellent time managing skills and great sales strategies.
