Ingenii Resource seeks a Finance Assistant to work for our client in Aberdeenshire on a contract basis.
The successful applicant will assist in the smooth running of the finance department, including covering for all processing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Purchase invoice processing
2. Trade Creditor account reconciliations
3. Handling supplier calls and queries
4. Performing supplier payment runs and providing remittance advices
5. Sales invoice processing
6. Credit control
7. Trade Debtor account reconciliations
8. Weekly payroll preparation (cover)
9. Assisting with project costs and reporting
10. Involvement in various finance tasks as required
Essential Skills:
1. Strong experience in purchase and/or sale ledgers
2. Skilled in a modern finance system
3. Knowledge of payroll, banking & VAT
