About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and strategic Customer and Partnerships Manager to elevate our co-marketing and partnership efforts globally. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Senior Director of Enterprise Marketing, working closely with regional marketing and commercial teams, as well as the global partnerships team. You will be central to driving high-impact, scalable initiatives that showcase Checkout.com’s commitment to co-marketing with customers and strategic partners. Through innovative storytelling and creative collaboration, you’ll enhance our enterprise positioning and build a world-class library of co-marketing stories that highlight the bigger-picture impact we’re making in the digital economy.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Co-marketing Strategy and Execution: Lead the development and management of a scalable co-marketing library, ensuring easy access to approved logos, references, quotes, and case studies that support global storytelling.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional marketing, commercial, and global partnerships teams to drive efficient collaboration on high-priority customer initiatives, ensuring alignment, execution, and impact across all regions.
3. Global Brand Storytelling: Build compelling co-marketing stories with top-tier merchants to enhance our enterprise brand globally, spotlighting the unique ways Checkout.com impacts the digital economy.
4. Customer and Partnership Engagement: Develop programs to nurture our most valuable customers and partners through advisory boards, personalized initiatives, and targeted co-marketing activities with brands like Visa and Mastercard.
5. Innovation in co-marketing: Cultivate Checkout.com’s reputation for creative, differentiated co-marketing that emphasizes broad industry impact and innovation, setting us apart in the marketplace.
6. Project Management: Manage large-scale co-marketing programs, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and communication to deliver impactful results.
7. Advisory and Partnership Boards: Co-lead the Customer Advisory Board activities and other global programs to drive customer engagement and build strong, lasting relationships with strategic partners.
8. Strategic Partnerships: Oversee and manage the top most strategic partnerships at Checkout.com, leading end-to-end marketing activities and ensuring each relationship contributes to our ROI or enterprise exposure goals.
What We’re Looking For
1. Experience: 5-7 years in B2B customer and partnership management, ideally within fintech, payments, or digital economy sectors.
2. Storytelling Ability: Proven ability to build and communicate compelling narratives around co-marketing and partnership initiatives.
3. Strategic Project Management: Experienced in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, balancing priorities, and delivering on time and within scope.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using tools to track performance and impact of co-marketing activities, ensuring data-backed insights guide improvements.
5. Customer-Centric Focus: Skilled in creating programs that add value for customers, drive share of wallet, and reinforce long-term partnerships.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable working across teams, ensuring alignment and driving collective goals for high-impact results.
7. Creative Mindset: Ability to think outside the box, bringing a fresh, innovative approach to co-marketing efforts that elevate Checkout.com’s brand across a variety of channels.
8. Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to nurture key customer and partner relationships and drive meaningful collaborations with leading brands.
