Responsibilities Set up the site filing system to record and maintain all project documentation Prepare and maintain a suitable Contract Drawing Matrix for the control and issue of Contract Drawings Collate the Project Managers internal monthly reports Prepare and issue weekly plant and material returns Control and maintain the Health & Safety File Prepare all necessary documentation for incorporation into the O&M Manuals at Project Completion Input data into site waste management plans Document Coordinator for all BIW, project drawings Assist, when necessary, the site secretarial staff with the site correspondence, filing, etc Experience Significant experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry Experience in working with Common Data Environment Systems (CDE) - Asite, Conject, BIM 360 or BIM Docs Strong interpersonal, communications and organisation skills Able to work well under pressure, prioritise work load effectively and meet deadlines Proficient user of Microsoft Office 365 Salary Negotiable, attractive salary plus car allowance, benefits and bonus.
