Senior HR Advisor

Duties will include:
* Offer expert guidance on HR policies, processes, and local requirements, performance management, employee relations, rewards, absences, probation, and more.
* Provide support to managers on disciplinaries, grievances, sickness, and parental leave, ensuring full compliance with UK employment laws.
* Stay informed about UK employment legislation, proactively updating local policies, educating managers, and collaborating with HR and legal teams to refresh intranet resources as needed.
* Own and manage HR data for assigned functions, delivering valuable insights and metrics (e.g., turnover, retention, compensation) to inform strategic decisions.
* Maintain and improve employee data in HRIS and personal files, identifying opportunities for enhanced data management practices and streamlining collaboration with the global Employee Experience team.
* Champion company values and culture by supporting training programs related to performance management, talent frameworks, DE&I strategies, and ethical standards.
* Partner with managers to create seamless onboarding experiences, ensuring new hires have a positive first impression of the business and are geared up for success.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives by coordinating programs, conducting focus groups, and managing feedback action plans.
* Conduct exit interviews and ensure actionable insights are integrated into people and business strategies.
* Support HR initiatives & projects
* Act as a point of escalation for complex HR matters
* Ensure HR process excellence by implementing best practices and driving operational improvements locally.
* Monitor compliance with ethical laws, company standards, and policies, ensuring alignment with organisational values.
Experience required
* Hands-on experience managing end-to-end HR processes with professionalism, credibility, and responsiveness.
* Strong knowledge and practical application of employment legislation in an advisory capacity.
* Ability to identify and address potential employee relations issues.
* High level of discretion in handling sensitive employee matters.
* Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Experience of using HR systems such as Hibob
