Job Description
Our client, one of the UK’s fastest-growing broadband providers specializing in delivering high-speed, full-fibre broadband services primarily to rural communities, is seeking a talented People Coordinator to join their HR team on a permanent basis. As a People Coordinator, you will facilitate recruitment, learning and development, HR-related tasks, and assist with payroll.
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the recruitment process and collaborating with managers on effective hiring strategies.
2. Reporting on recruitment KPIs and staying updated with industry trends.
3. Supporting the People Strategy and managing the Learning Management System (LMS).
4. Coordinating apprenticeships and handling training inquiries.
5. Supporting the employee lifecycle and handling first-line HR queries.
6. Managing employee relations cases and coaching managers.
7. Assisting with HR projects, maintaining documentation, and planning company events.
8. Overseeing the HRIS and coordinating office facilities.
9. Assisting with the monthly payroll process as needed.
