Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £42,000
Hours: 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch paid)
Must have an electrical qualification

Duties:
1. Daily preventative maintenance activities and routine safety inspections.
2. Fault finding and diagnostics in reactive breakdown or planned situations.
3. Planned preventative maintenance on a variety of production machinery to include extruders and site services.
4. Ensure all breakdowns are dealt with promptly and efficiently whilst ensuring that all PPM schedules are maintained.
5. Respond promptly to any unplanned maintenance issues or repairs to ensure minimum downtime.
6. Demonstrate tenacity in approach to incident management and actively pursue investigations to identify root causes.
Experience required:
1. Flexible, highly motivated and driven with the ability to prioritise own workload, possess strong intellect, good logical fault-finding analysis capabilities and who can demonstrate the ability to make decisions and empower people to drive actions forward. Results orientated, with ability to deliver results in a rapidly changing environment. Excellent attention to detail.
2. Will have a time served apprenticeship (or equivalent) and have a recognised qualification in a related discipline (or equivalent).
3. Possess excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills and be a confident team player.
4. Experience of working in a production maintenance environment is essential for this role.
Qualifications needed:
1. Recognised Electrical Engineering qualification.
2. NVQ or HNC / Degree level qualification in an Engineering discipline.
3. 18th Edition BS7671.
