About the Team:
Our IT team is key to the success of The Beauty Tech Group, seamlessly blending technology with innovation to create the best shopping experience for our customers. We move fast, think big, and build smart - creating seamless, high-performing digital experiences that keep up with the ever-evolving beauty industry.
About the Role:
1. Drive forward the product roadmap for our portfolio of beauty tech brands (CurrentBody, Tria Laser, and ZIIP Beauty), working closely with the Senior Product Owner.
2. Lead daily developer stand-ups to track progress, remove obstacles, and ensure timely delivery of features.
3. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (Marketing, Trading, SEO, Operations, Customer Service) to transform business needs into actionable digital requirements that enhance customer experience / improve internal operations.
4. Independently manage small to medium-sized projects from concept to launch, while supporting the Senior Product Owner and CTO on larger initiatives.
5. Keep the business informed with clear, concise project updates and facilitate bi-weekly progress meetings that showcase value and maintain alignment.
6. Create user-friendly documentation including monthly release notes and how-to guides that empower internal teams to maximize new features.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a digital project management or business analysis role, preferably in e-commerce.
2. A collaborative approach that positions technology as an enabler rather than a bottleneck.
3. Exceptional organisational skills with a talent for juggling multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
4. Clear communication style that bridges the gap between technical and non-technical team members.
5. A solutions-focused mindset that thrives on finding creative ways to solve problems.
6. Experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of digital retail customer journeys.
7. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
