We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker - Level 2 (Grade 7) to join our dynamic team and provide high-quality support and services to individuals and families in need. Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized care plans.
Provide direct support and counseling to clients facing various challenges.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, educational institutions, and community organizations to facilitate services and referrals.
Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary resources and services.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress.
Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss cases and share insights.
Stay informed about community resources, best practices, and policies relevant to social work.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Current licensure or certification as a Social Worker in the relevant state.
Minimum of two years of experience in social work or related field, preferably in a clinical or community setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated understanding of social and cultural issues affecting clients.
Proficiency in case management and knowledge of community resources.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £30.50
