If you’d like a real sense of job satisfaction, great career prospects and a competitive benefits package, you could be who we’re looking for Job Role: Support Worker (BANK) Salary: £12.00ph Contract type: Bank Location: Hull The Role You will be based in Hull and will deliver high quality support to clients within shared living environments as well as delivering outreach support to clients in their own tenancies. The role will involve supporting clients with daily living skills including shopping, attending their appointments, accessing community resources, health care and accessing and dealing with benefits to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment. Responsibilities include: Deliver 1:1 support to clients in line with the goals set out in their support plan Liaise with the client’s support worker regarding progress towards set goals Keep up to date, accurate and professional recordings of support delivery Liaise with external agencies and professionals involved in clients support Work flexibly as part of the staff rota to ensure safe staffing levels are met Encourage and support service users to take part in activities Encourage service users to contribute fully to their care and support plan Support service users with personal administration, form filling and making benefit claims as necessary This is not an exhaustive list of duties. Qualifications / Requirements: A valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle. Business insurance will be required. Enhanced DBS check. Right to work in the UK.
