I am currently recruiting for a fantastic local business with big plans. They are continuing to expand and, as a result, are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join the team.

General responsibilities -
* Supervise the AP/Billing functions.
* Implement new systems to improve efficiency.
* Support the Aged Payables assistant with processing invoices.
* Responsible for the AP payment runs.
* Support the Billing Clerks with processing of invoices.
* Supporting the month end close with Billing/ AP
* Reconciling, producing month end reports.
* Oversea the month end processes, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Consult with the external auditors.
* Work closely with the Credit Control function to identify and analyse root causes for delays in collection of debt.
* Ensuring audit / statutory compliance
* Co-operate with all staff and consult with clients, maintaining good relationships with outside agencies and the legal community to uphold the Group's image and gain increased support for its work.
* Actively support and promote the Group and all its policies.
* Perform any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job and role.
