About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Estates Team Leader to join our Head Office Team. You will be working within an established team and reporting to the Head of Estates who is not only forward thinking and people focused, but a great mentor too.
The role will involve leading a small team of Estates Administrators to guarantee work is allocated across the team and ensure all estate activities align with health and safety whilst performance standards are exceeded.
This includes allocation of work via our CAFM system including contractor visits, quotations, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as necessary. Ensuring the business is provided with a compliant, reliable service that achieves value for money and meets the operational needs of the homes.
About the role:
* Assist Head of Estates in all aspects of service delivery including contractor and supplier management
* Co-ordinate estate activities, work direction and support systems
* Assist Head of Estates in all aspects of project delivery
* Provide administrative support to the Estates Team
* Co-ordinate and assist in management of repairs reporting system, costs and material requirements
* Manage and supervise financial systems used within Estates.
* Demonstrate the ability to deal with finance and invoice queries whilst supporting the team in working though open commitments.
* Co-ordinate and assist in the management of compliance and health and safety service delivery
What we’ll need from you:
* Full understanding and working knowledge of CAFM systems – preferably Elogbooks
* Experience of managing a team and decision making
* Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel and Outlook
* Experienced in a fast-paced contact role serving multiple stakeholders
* Able to establish and maintain record systems including data management for internal reports and audit purposes
* Qualifications and/or significant experience and understanding of Facilities Management
* Working experience in a similar role
