We are looking to strengthen our Project Delivery team with an Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager based near either Lutterworth or Brancote. The role will be reporting into our Senior Project Manager, working on projects in the Stafford/Rugby area, due to start at the end of / start of .
Roles/ Responsibilities
• PM or Assistant PM (site based)
1. Microsoft Project Knowledge
2. Water industry experience preferred but not essential – keen to learn and is willing to exert additional efforts to catch up with the water industry knowledge
3. Mechanical biased but also good knowledge in civils (slabs, belowground pipework, foundations, etc.), or vice versa.
4. Excellent planning skills and attention to details
5. Can do attitude
6. Problem solver, innovator and someone who is not afraid to challenge the status quo.
7. Highly motivated individual who is keen to succeed in delivering projects to quality, time, client satisfaction, budget and most importantly safely.
8. Makes informed decisions
9. Risk management skills are essential
10. Good commercial awareness and knowledge of NEC4 ECC contracts
11. Excellent analytical skills including ability to transform thoughts and ideas into tables, ADLs, spreadsheets, etc.
12. IT skills are essential
13. This role is not a MEICA PM, it is for a PM or assistant PM capable of managing all disciplines.
