I am working with a wonderful and highly rated elderly care provider who is currently looking to recruit a Home Manager / Care Home Manager for their Dementia home and residential care home in Liverpool. I am looking for an experienced Home Manager / Residential Manager / Care Home Manager to manage a beautiful, growing home.

The care home offers dementia and residential care to older people, including frail elderly and dementia service users, and is currently operating to an excellent standard.

The service requires a hands-on manager with a passion for delivering the best care. Care home manager / home manager candidates should have previous home management experience and solid knowledge of dementia and elderly care.

1. Candidates should be an experienced care home manager.
2. Strong care home management skills.
3. Excellent understanding of quality, compliance & regulations within a care home setting.
4. Commercially aware and possess strong sales & marketing skills.
5. Strong CQC knowledge.
6. Experience of managing compliant care homes.
7. Dementia experience.
