We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to join our Service & Distribution Team. As a senior manager within this team, you will be responsible for overall leadership of a large customer facing and broker function, with accountability for effective, impactful, strategic delivery of a compliant and operationally efficient operation.
This role will see the successful applicant supporting and initiating change within the function that ensures regulatory requirements are achieved, customer and broker experience continually improves and opportunities for more effective and efficient execution are delivered.
Key responsibilities:
1. Implement, deliver and support Operational Excellence to enable an outstanding experience throughout the product lifecycle.
2. Identify efficiency improvements, enabling first-time resolution for customers and brokers whilst ensuring that all performance measures are aligned and delivered.
3. Motivate, lead and develop first line leaders in order to deliver and achieve agreed performance and service levels, ensuring a high-quality experience.
4. Ensure all activities align to the relevant regulatory regime and the internal control environment is proportionate and robust.
5. Monitor and deliver financial targets and budgets whilst driving efficiencies and costs.
6. Senior Management experience in Financial Services, leading multi-channel teams.
7. Experience in managing budgets.
8. Knowledge of resource management and business risks and controls.
9. Deep conduct, compliance and Consumer Duty awareness.
10. Knowledge of Operational Resilience principles.
11. Knowledge and experience of payment regulation.
