Responsibilities:
You will lead and nurture a dedicated team of social workers, manage the delivery of Social Work services within a specific professional and/or geographical area, uphold excellence in professional practice and risk management, handle budget management ensuring resources are used effectively, and conduct staff supervision, offering support and strategic deployment.
Qualifications and Experiences:
You must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK driving licence, and have post-qualified experience. A degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
