If so, we want to hear from youAs a Stock Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Stock Control Supervisors and Warehouse Admin Clerks, ensuring stock accuracy, reducing waste, and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs). You'll play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency, implementing change, and supporting the warehouse to deliver outstanding service. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Ensure stock control processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant with food safety standards. D esign and maintain key reports and KPIs to support business decisions. Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and problem-solving. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance stock management processes.
