A True Partnership ApproachThis is a unique post that sits within a jointly delivered service ESTEP - Essex Support and Treatment for Early Psychosis - Inclusion (Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust) and Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT). You'll be employed by Inclusion (MPFT), but work day-to-day as part of the Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) team within EPUT. This collaborative model brings together the best of both organisations to provide innovative, person-centred care to individuals experiencing first episode psychosis. Main duties of the job The Role You'll play a vital role delivering high-quality, evidence-based CBT for Psychosis & Bipolar (CBT-PBP) in both individual and group formats, including face-to-face and digital delivery. You'll work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to support people at the early stages of psychosis, offering holistic, recovery-oriented care.
