Business Development Manager

* Hybrid (with head office in Staffordshire, 1 day per fortnight)
* Up to £45,000 base salary plus car allowance and generous commission structure
My client is dedicated to providing innovative telecoms solutions to SME and Mid-Market businesses. As a small but ambitious telecoms reseller, we specialize in offering Hosted Voice, Unified Communications (UC), IT, Mobile, and Connectivity services that empower businesses to thrive in today's digital landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and engage with new business opportunities within the SME and Mid-Market sectors.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, demonstrating exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our telecoms solutions to effectively articulate their value proposition to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new clients.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in new business acquisition within the telecoms industry.
- Strong background in selling Hosted Voice, UC, Mobile, and Connectivity solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-based role, while also being an integral part of a collaborative team.
