I am pleased to announce a partnership with a prestigious global financial services firm located in the City of London. We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator with strong Excel skills. This role will be equally divided between HR administration tasks and providing analytical support using Excel.
1. Support the HR team in preparing regular reports and providing reporting support for ad hoc HR projects and initiatives.
2. Input and manage data in the HR system, ensuring accuracy and currency, including processing employee changes as needed.
3. Assist HR Advisors with HR administration and documentation.
4. Support HR Advisors in processing monthly payroll.
5. Assist with onboarding new colleagues, including immigration governance and initial induction.
6. Improve processes and procedures for the HR Operations Team.
7. Participate in ad-hoc projects as appropriate.
8. Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements as part of your role.
Skills and Experience:
9. Strong analytical and numerical skills with a focus on results
10. Good understanding of UK Employment Law
11. Adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
12. Excellent time management and organizational abilities

14. Exceptional attention to detail
15. Excellent communication skills
16. Proficiency in MS Office, including intermediate Excel skills
