* £40,000 (PAYE) plus pension scheme, paid holidays, free parking, company benefit scheme

Essential Candidate Requirements:
* Very good previous experience as a construction site project supervisor.
* SSSTS OR SMSTS card
* Experience of construction site set up
* Experience with RAMS
* Own transport and full UK driving licence
* Cardiff Bay
Main Duties:
* Supervising a commercial construction site building refurbishment project
* Overseeing building facilities upgrades and building refurbishment
* Supervising subcontractors on a construction site
* Reviewing method statements and risk assessments
* Issuing permits to subcontractors
* Cardiff Bay in Cardiff
