Part-time Practice Supervisor Post – Children with Disabilities Service
An exciting opportunity has come up for a practice supervisor post within the Children with Disabilities Service. The post is part-time, 18.5 hours per week, based at The Hub, South Normanton.
The team has experienced and skilled groups of social workers and an excellent manager and is looking forward to welcoming an energetic and dynamic practice supervisor into each team.

What will you be doing?
* Providing practice supervision on all case work (group and one to one)
* Personal supervision to Social Workers within the team
* Undertaking a professional practice lead role within their designated area of service.
* Assisting the Team Manager in efficient and effective delivery of the Children’s Services Social Work Service.
* Demonstrating and championing systemic practice.
* Embedding Derbyshire’s operating model into all social work practice to improve outcomes for children, young people, and families.

* Experience of creating rapport and building effective relationships with families.
* Experience in enabling flexible and thoughtful social work practice and positive change.
