The services include Home care, Live-In care, Health care at Home, Companionship, Personal care and Dementia support that are tailored to the individual client.
Role Description
This is a contract role for a Business Growth Manager at Home Instead North Wales. As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders, as well as identifying business opportunities and developing customized solutions. This is a hybrid role located in Mold and Colwyn Bay, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
* Prior experience of home care sector
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
* Experience in the senior care industry is a plus
Salary
0.8 Pro Rota, Flexible Work Week. 4 full days or 5 Flexible days. £30,000 (FTE £37,500)
