Job summary The Trust is looking to recruit Clinical Effectiveness Divisional Administrators. The role is to work within the Divisional Governance Team, who ensure the quality standards of care are met within the division. The Clinical Effectiveness aspect of the Divisional Governance team is supporting primarily the clinical audit plan and activity, but also include support for NICE guidance and policy management. Main duties of the job 1. To provide a professional, welcoming and accessible point of contact for divisional staff in relation to Clinical Effectiveness. 2. To undertake a wide variety of clerical duties and support the functions of the Divisions in relation to Clinical Effectiveness. 3. To work flexibly to provide administrative support to the Division in relation to Clinical Effectiveness 4. To act as the main point of contact for queries and support related to Clinical Effectiveness in the division. 5. To manage the planning and scheduling of the Divisional Clinical Effectiveness programme in particular the clinical audit plan.
