Your ideas and contributions will help shape the future of our business What we're looking for: As the Group Food and Beverage Director, you will have total oversight of the food and beverage function within the leaf HOSPITALITY business that encompasses strategy, planning and execution of new F&B concepts into new and existing hotels. You will spearhead the strategy, planning and execution of ambiance, hospitality, service, food and drink service, menu design, specifications, allergens, and compliance into existing outlets. Leading F&B strategy, planning, and execution, including cocktail bar operations and menu development. Managing P&L for all hotel F&B operations, driving profitability and ensuring high service standards. Innovating and researching to enhance hotel services, products, and operations. Conducting audits and ensuring consistent brand standards across all F&B outlets, including bars, restaurants, room service, and event spaces. Overseeing training and development for F&B teams to maintain operational excellence and compliance with food safety standards. Ensuring up-to-date allergen information, food specifications, and menu consistency. Driving best practices in stock control, menu pricing, and inventory management. Developing new concepts in collaboration with the wider team and staying ahead of market trends. Leading initiatives like the Chef Academy and representing our F&B brands in industry forums.
