Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner, which is a full-time role (36.25 hours per week), based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington with a salary of £41,027 - £45,262 per annum.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a key link between the Finance team and the business decision makers. You will provide valuable financial advice, challenge and support, strategic insight, and business solutions. This role is to provide 'real time' support and analysis, to be a trusted adviser and to add value that will support effective decision making.
We are looking for candidates with skills and experience that includes:
1. Educated to A Level standard or equivalent, with AAT or similar at Level 4.
2. Advanced Excel skills.
3. Experience in developing and maintaining good relations with internal customers.
4. Experience of delivering and assessing management accounts, budgets, and financial statements.
5. Experience of extracting reports and providing analytical analysis in a format the end user can understand.
6. Experience assessing the financial requirements and impacts of Transformation Programmes.
7. Experience in driving and implementing changes to improve performance or systems.
8. Experience in implementing changes to the financial systems to meet the latest accounting policies.
9. Ability to motivate and inspire others to perform to their best.
