The GladesNeighbourhood Team is a friendly, supportive and hardworking team who arelooking for enthusiastic individuals to join us. We pride ourselves inproviding outstanding care to patients in the Wyre Forest in Worcestershire.The team operates from 07:30am to 18:30pm on a seven-day rota includingweekends and Bank Holidays, various shift patterns are available. Flexibleworking opportunities are available.
This postis for 15 hours over 2 days out of 7 on a rota basis including weekends &Bank Holidays.
We arelooking to recruit an administrator who is innovative, dynamic and keen tojoin the team in supporting us to deliver high quality care and to continueour development of integrated care in the community. The role is varied andrewarding.
The Neighbourhood Team consists of Community Nurses, Senior Nurse Practitioners, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, OccupationalTherapists, Physiotherapists, Healthcare Assistants and administrators. GP andsocial care colleagues work closely alongside.

Main duties of the job
Undertakeadministrative duties that are specific to the role.
Deal withtelephone and email enquiries.
Deal withincoming and outgoing post, stock ordering and deliveries.
Provideadministrative support as required, typing, data inputting, filing, and scanningin line with Trust Policies and Procedures.
Liaise andinteract with service users and colleagues, as and when required.
Facilitatethe smooth running of clinics/appointments, ensuring that clinical/non-clinicalrecords are obtained and retrieved, as required.

1. Educated to academic Level 2 ( GCSE Grade A-C, NVQ2, OCR/RSA2, City and Guilds 2) in a Business Administration-related subject or Considerable recent NHS administrative experience and will be expected to undertake the relevant level 2 qualification on appointment to post
