You'll manage order processing, compliance, and Export Control regulations, ensuring a seamless customer journey. As Customer Service Associate Key Responsibilities include: Process orders efficiently, working with regional and offshore teams. Support service teams, resolving queries and escalations. Ensure compliance using D&B software and obtain necessary Export Control approvals. Work with third-party vendors and global logistics partners. Manage complex orders in Microsoft Dynamics D365. Optimize processes with sales and service teams. Experience Required: Experience in customer service and order processing. Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics D365 or similar systems.
