1) Senior Amazon Connect Architect
About the Role:
We are seeking a highlyskilled Senior Amazon Connect Architect to lead the design andimplementation of complex contact center solutions for our clients.As a key member of our team you will be responsible forarchitecting developing and deploying robust contact centersolutions leveraging Amazon Connect and a broad range of AWSservices. You will collaborate closely with clients stakeholdersand a team of AWS cloud engineers to deliver exceptional customerexperiences.
Responsibilities:
•Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance toa team of AWS cloud engineers in the design development andimplementation of contact center solutions.
•Architecture Design: Develop and own the overall architecture ofcontact center solutions ensuring optimal performance scalabilityand security.
• AWS Expertise: Leverage deepknowledge of AWS services (Lambda DynamoDB S3 SNS Lex Bedrock APIGateway Pinpoint etc.) to build integrated contact centersolutions.
• Amazon Connect Mastery:Demonstrate indepth expertise in Amazon Connect including contactflows agent desktops routing analytics and integrationcapabilities.
• CDK Proficiency: Utilize AWSCDK for infrastructure as code to automate and streamline thedeployment process.
• Stakeholder Management:Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical andnontechnical stakeholders. Build strong relationships with clientsand internal teams.
• Problem Solving: Identifyand resolve complex technical challenges providing innovativesolutions and workarounds.
• Best Practices:Adhere to AWS best practices and security standards to ensure thereliability and compliance of solutions.
•Continuous Improvement: Stay uptodate with the latest advancementsin contact center technology and AWS services.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a SeniorAmazon Connect Architect with a strong track record of successfulcontact center implementations.
• Deepunderstanding of AWS cloud services and architecture.
• Proficiency in AWS CDK for infrastructure ascode.
• Strong problemsolving and analyticalskills.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead andmentor a team of engineers.
PreferredQualifications:
• Certifications in AWS andAmazon Connect.
• Experience with contactcenter industry standards and regulations.
•Knowledge of scripting languages (Python JavaScript).
