Hybrid working following successful probation
An opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join our client, a global, market leading manufacturing business in Mid Kent. This role acts as a strategic partner to employees, providing HR knowledge to support the business objectives.
Duties include:
* Act as a credible advisor to management on all HR matters.
* Complex ER management to include disciplinaries, grievances etc.
* Responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Developing training programs and facilitating learning initiatives.
* Assisting with organisational changes to include restructures.
* Identifying trends from HR metrics and making recommendations to improve learning and development.
* Design, lead and execute recruitment campaigns.
* Manage all onboarding and off boarding procedures.
* Attend job fairs and take the lead on all HR projects.
* Ensuring UK laws and regulations are followed at all times.
To be considered for this role, you must have/be:
* Proven experience within a similar role with a strong focus on employee relations.
* Strong understanding of UK employment law.
* A level 5 or 7 CIPD qualification (or equivalent).
* Familiar with Workday.
* Experience within learning and development.
* Experience dealing with end-to-end recruitment processes.
* The ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and capable of building strong working relationships.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly organised, adaptable and resilient.
