At Ericsson Performance and Transformation unit for MELA (Europe & Latin America market areas), we are in charge of managing and optimizing processes, measuring our company's performance, driving business innovation and transformation, as well as leading business assurance activities to ensure compliance and quality across our organization.
Our cross-functional team covers diverse skill sets and role disciplines such as: Innovation, Process & Performance Management, and Assurance. 1. Contributing to simplification, automation, and innovation projects across Europe and Latin America.
2. Actively analyzing and suggesting improvements to processes to establish the most effective ways of working.
3. Aligning, prioritizing, designing, documenting, deploying, maintaining, controlling, supporting, and enhancing processes and process components to ensure efficient and effective process flows and governance.
4. Utilizing data and technology (such as Power BI and Gen AI, among others) to simplify, automate, and enhance processes and projects.
5. Learning from leading experts in the field of Business Transformation, Performance and Process Management and developing your skills towards shaping the world of communication.
What you can offer
6. You might be a recent graduate who just finished University or have two to three years of working experience in a B2C or B2B environment, with experience or exposure to at least two of the following areas: Consultative Roles, Data Analysis with Performance or Process Improvement.
7. You have knowledge and/or experience in Design (UI or UX) and Application Development (PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate). - preferred.
8. You acquired a bachelor's or a master’s degree, no longer than 3 years ago, in one of the following fields: Business Transformation and Organizational Change, Digital, Technology Transformation, Data Science, Web & User Experience Design, Regulation & Compliance, or similar.
9. You are an excellent team player, active listener, enthusiast presenter, problem solver, creative thinker, and change-maker ready to develop new skills.
10. You can demonstrate commitment to strong ethical values and integrity through your experience or interests.
