Key responsibilities of the Credit Controller:
* Manage debt recovery, ensuring timely payment of invoices.
* Downloading bank statements daily from multiple banks in multiple currencies
* Perform credit checks on potential customers and assess credit risk.
* Handle disputes and negotiate repayment plans.
* Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
Profile
The successful Credit Controller requires:
* Strong organisation skills
* Knowledge of credit control procedures and practices.
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.
