About Us:
PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution is a national full-line pharmaceutical wholesaler with a network of distribution centres nationwide. We pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality supply chain service to our customers, who include pharmacy, GPs, and hospitals. All of our depots are licensed by the MHRA and comply with BSI ISO Quality and Environmental standards. We operate twice daily deliveries from our distribution centres across Monday to Friday and on a Saturday morning, and our local teams are supported by a centralised function team, primarily from our Head Office in Runcorn.
About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our existing team in our Runcorn Distribution Centre. You will be working within a busy warehouse supporting your team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) that ensure we exceed our customers’ expectations. You will ensure all operations are carried out with a high level of attention to detail, which is crucial to ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a safe, secure, and timely manner. You will ensure all standards are in line with ISO, GPD, Health and Safety, and MHRA regulations and guidelines alongside managing your local budget.
Responsibilities:
1. Support your team to meet KPIs.
2. Ensure operations are carried out with attention to detail.
3. Fulfill customer orders safely and timely.
4. Maintain compliance with ISO, GPD, Health and Safety, and MHRA regulations.
5. Manage local budget.

Salary:
£14.93 per hour
Working Pattern:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 16:00-00:00 finish, plus alternate Sundays 07:00-12:00 finish.

Essential Skills/Experience:
1. Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English.
2. Proven warehouse experience.
3. An understanding of laws and regulations relating to Health & Safety.
4. Leadership qualities.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Well organised.
Desirable:
1. IOSH Qualification.
2. First Aid Qualification.
3. Fire Marshall.
4. Knowledge of perpetual inventory systems.
5. An understanding of GDP regulation.
