About the Role We are looking for an exceptional Recruitment Marketing Lead to join the Combined Authority’s Communications & Marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns to support the effective growth of our staff, across a range of sectors. You will lead on all aspects of recruitment marketing, including social media, websites and third-party platforms, as well as production of key collateral to support the employee onboarding experience. You’ll use insight to drive the success of your work, ensuring the messaging is landing with target markets and feeding our pipeline of new talent, and the retention of existing staff. This is a 12 month fixed term role. About the person You will be part of the Communications and Marketing team and can draw in relevant disciplines and skills (videographer, internal comms, marketing, digital, copywriting etc.), to maximise the impact of recruitment and retention campaigns. You will also work closely with colleagues from Recruitment, HR and the wider business to respond to requirements and ensure campaigns are joined up. You’ll be able to demonstrate relevant experience of designing and implementing end-user focussed Attraction Strategies and Plans for complex organisations, preferably in a multi-disciplinary public sector setting.
