Responsibilities
1. To engage with existing, new and potential clients to promote capabilities and abilities of the business.
2. Identify and track new business opportunities within the company's chosen business sectors in line with the Business Plan.
3. Ensure that the Pipeline database is regularly maintained and updated for future work opportunities.
4. Support Pre-Construction Director and Sector Directors in preparation of future business strategy/ plan.
5. Chair Sector pipeline meetings, prepare and distribute suitable minutes/ actions to discuss current and future opportunities.
6. Maintain industry/competitor intelligence; attend CECA meetings and others as appropriate.
7. Prepare initial Bid Strategy document and opportunity selection matrix for opportunities and prequalification stages.
8. Support preparation of Expression of Interest/ Pre-qualification questionnaires produced by Submissions Team.
9. Attend tender kick off meetings and provide details on early stage bid strategy, key client personnel, client hopes & fears and key project goals
10. Undertake Client satisfaction surveys, feedback details to Sector and Project Managers.
11. Support Communications Manager as required for key sectors/ markets
12. Attend client debrief meetings with Bid Managers
