We are working with a hugely respectable employer that can boast over 30 years of trading nationally and has maintained consistent growth over the past challenging years the economy has experienced.
Due to continued success and growth, they are now in the market to recruit an Account Manager to join their sales and business development team.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Organising sales plans in line with each key account's expectations.
2. Price negotiation and accurate quotations in line with margin expectations.
3. Providing a top-class level of support to our key accounts to maintain branding for products and services offered.
4. Working with the senior leadership team, operations team, and other key stakeholders to ensure solid communication is delivered at all times.
5. Recognising opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and maximising sales opportunities at all times.
Desired experience:
1. Highly focused on delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
2. A proven background in sales, business development, and account management.
3. The ability to handle challenging and demanding customers.
4. Maintaining a competitive pricing structure in line with our competition.
5. The ability to manage, grow, and retain your client base.
6. The desire to look for and hunt for new business.
