We currently have an opportunity for an exceptional Titleist Golf Ball Category Manager to spearhead the growth and success of our industry-leading golf ball product lines across the UK Region, which includes UK, Ireland, South Africa and our distributor markets. This role will be based at our HQ office in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. Titleist stands for excellence, precision, performance, and the relentless pursuit of improvement. These values are at the heart of everything we do, and as our Golf Ball Category Manager, you will take the lead in shaping and executing strategic marketing plans, strengthening brand positioning, and engaging with golfers & partners at every level to enhance their experience. This is a strategically significant role and we’re looking for a standout candidate to match with the following skills/experience: A strong understanding of technical products, ideally within the golf industry, is essential, as well as a track record of delivering high-impact product launches and golfer-focused campaigns. The ability to build strategic partnerships, drive engagement, excite partners/golfer and execute commercial plans. Marketing or business-related degree along with proven experience in product management, promotional planning and executing high calibre advertising & partnership strategies. Exceptional communication, presentation, and budget management skills are a must. And finally, a genuine passion for golf and our products is a must in order to lead the category across the UK region.
